📦 Return Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product is received in damaged or defective condition
- Wrong item is delivered
- Item is unused and in original packaging
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
💰 Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected:
- Approved refunds are processed within a few working days
- Refunds are issued through the original payment method or COD adjustment (if applicable)
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side
🔁 Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges in the following cases:
- Wrong product delivered
- Damaged or non-working product received
Replacement will be sent after verification.
🚚 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Used products
- Items without original packaging
- Products damaged due to customer misuse

- Return requests after 7 days will not be accepted

- Proof (image or video) is required for damaged or wrong items
